HFT, the national charity for people with learning disabilities, provides free resources for people with learning disabilities and their carers.

The Norah Fry Research Centre aims to make a positive difference to the lives of disabled children, young people and adults – with a particular emphasis on issues for people with learning disabilities and their families.

Parent Voice Hampshire (Information and Participation Service) are having open days for parents of disabled children:

ParentVoice provides information and support for the parents and carers of disabled children in Hampshire and Southampton, helping you to engage, debate and inform local services for your disabled child. Meet other parents and contact local groups to share ideas and support one another.
