POW! Drama Group

A chance for young people to participate in drama, games, film-making projects and explore issues through creative activities. Age group: 12-19 years Admission is free. Sessions held every Tuesday 6.00 – 7.00pm at the Charles Dickens Community Centre (BYAC), Lake Road, Portsmouth.  Just turn up and friends welcome. 

 

Film and Music Video creation

Do you have an idea for a film of your own?  Would like to create your own movie or music video?  If you are a local young person aged 12-19 we can help you to create your film using our camera and editing equipment, with no cost to you. 

No Name Theatre Comics

We are currently looking for new writers and actors to create our second Graphic Novel.  Get in touch for more info.

PHSE, themed sessions and film work

We work in partnership with schools to deliver memorable and creative PSHE style sessions.  There are a range of fresh and dynamic presentations available, particularly around issues such as resolving conflict, knife crime and problem-solving social skills.   We can deliver a bespoke presentation to meet the needs of your young people.  Contact us to discuss how we can use drama and media to explore social themes with your group.
